In NZI Helmets we use pre-impregnated sheets and the latest technology, developed in house, in the production of shells.

The RCV visor is thermoformed, a technique almost exclusively used by NZI Helmets.
Several advantages are evident: thermoformed visors are superior in flexibility and resistance to breakage with lower thicknesses (less weight of the whole) and have a greater degree of light transmission (the amount of light that passes through the material).
