A carbon fiber helmet, such as the NZI RCV, ensures you have the lightest possible helmet with maximum safety features.
Carbon fiber is not the only ingredient needed to produce a light and safe helmet, the resin and the way a helmet is ‘built’ are also important.
At NZI Helmets we use pre-impregnated films and the latest technology, developed in-house, in the production of helmet shells.
This helmet can be used for racing, so it has a ring closure.

Comfort
This helmet is equipped with pads that are firmer than normal.
Thanks to its firmness, the stability of the hull is optimal even at high speeds.

Vision
The RCV screen is thermoformed, a technique almost exclusively used by NZI Helmets.
Several advantages are evident: thermoformed screens are superior in flexibility and resistance to breakage with lower thicknesses (less weight of the assembly) and have a higher degree of light transmission (the amount of light that passes through the material).
It is prepared for the addition of a Pinlock® anti-fog film.

Choosing your helmet size is something simple but complex at the same time, how to buy a helmet without trying it on? Very easy, it is as simple as taking the measurements and placing the order with the exact measurements to avoid surprises, however if you have problems when you receive it, please contact our team and we will manage the size change.
To choose the size of your helmet you should take measurements of your head circumference. Approximately 2 cm above the eyebrows going all the way around. If you are in doubt between two sizes, always choose the one that fits you best, as helmets tend to give way on the inside as time goes by.
The first change of size in our products is included, as sometimes there are times when measurements are not taken correctly or not taken and the helmet that arrives is not the right one for the user. If you take the right measurements of your head we are sure you will get it right the first time.
